Welcome to The Rituwell Club!

By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These exist to protect both you and us, and to make sure everything runs smoothly—because rituals should feel good from start to finish.

1. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Please double-check all contact and shipping details—The Rituwell Club is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour window for order changes or cancellations. After that, your order may already be in the packing or shipping process, and we may not be able to make changes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing times, standard shipping timeframes via AusPost, and our free local delivery options. We do our best to get your items to you on time, but once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wellness products and hygiene standards, we do not offer change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, contact us at Hello@therituwellclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos and your order number so we can make it right.

5. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders if a product is out of stock or no longer available.

If we have to cancel your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in full.

6. Pricing Errors

We do our best to ensure all pricing and product info is accurate—but mistakes can happen. If there’s a pricing or product error on the website, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel/refund any affected orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product descriptions, photos, videos, logos, and branding—is the property of The Rituwell Club and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our permission.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any information you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We’ll never sell or share your data without your consent.
