Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

We know pre-ordering takes trust (and patience), and we don’t take that lightly. Every item we launch is made in small, intentional batches—and often sells out before it even lands.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?

Yes, but only within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, your item is locked in and reserved just for you. Because we produce in limited quantities, every pre-order helps us manage stock and avoid waste.

Why the 48-Hour Window?

We move fast. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we begin prepping it for production or packing. Canceling past this point means we may not be able to resell that item—especially if it was part of a small batch.
