Here's how our shipping and delivery process works:

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

We use Australia Post for all standard deliveries.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days (depending on your location)

• Flat rate shipping fee: $10-$15 (For Express Shipping)

• You’ll receive full tracking once your item is dispatched.

Free Local Delivery (Next-Day!)

Live nearby? Lucky you.

• We offer free local delivery to eligible postcodes of Gladstone 4680.

• Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You'll receive a confirmation message when it's on the way.

Pre-Orders

If your item is marked as a pre-order, the expected shipping timeframe will be clearly listed in the product description. Once it’s ready to ship, the same delivery windows above apply.
