We first launched in September 2023, on the shoreline of Tannum Sands Beach, Queensland. Hosting a guided meditation surrounding grounding yourself and setting your intentions for the day with a cup of tea, watching the sun rise. We haven't stopped since, adding studio meditations weekly and collaborating with other business owners to bring Central Queensland wholesome wellness events to launching our own social club.
If we could describe our personality, we love Sunday markets, coffee dates, pilates and sunrises. Often leading busy lives, destined for greatness, breaking generational cycles and taking care of our well-being.
We've built a strong foundation on the fact that there isn't a one size fits all approach to wellness and it is quite a personal experience. What works for someone else, might not work for you and vis versa. We are here to celebrate and support your rituals for wellness and offer inspiration, sharing stories and offering a space you can come to, to reset, reflect and catch up from the busyness of life.

Gracie, who founded the Rituwell Club started with one mission, to make others feel less alone in their journey to well-being.
To provide a space others can come to, to self reflect, reset and process lifes chaos. After years of suffering with Endometriosis, working a demanding physical role as a Trades Assistant. She decided to put the tools down and focus on working with her body, not against it.
Starting her holistic journey, starting with her mental health. Getting unstuck, finding what direction feels right through trial, error, heartbreak and lots of hurdles.
Achieving her Life Coaching and EFT Practitioner certifications in 2022, Gracie went on to work with individuals helping them overcome their emotional and mental hurdles, empower and guide her clients with their goals and ambitions.
EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques is actually how she got the idea to run guided meditations, involving the use of your fidgety hands and busy mind to your advantage. Acupressure points to stimulate the body's emotional response to calm the nervous system. "Who would have thought you didn't have to sit still and try to empty the mind, that's what i thought meditation was supposed to be".
Creating beginner friendly, fidget friendly guided meditations for those who struggle to self start, don't know where to start, are ready to go all in on their wellness journey or try something new.
